Rights by default, not by contract.
Everyone in the ecosystem, artists, talent, writers, performers, crew, has their rights respected from the start. Compensation is built into how we work, no one's likeness, voice or performance gets used without explicit consent.
Transparency, always.
We're straight with clients about how work is made, what models are trained on, and where AI is and isn't being used. We encourage transparency both internally and externally, despite uncomfortable discussions.
Human craft stays in charge.
AI earns its place in a pipeline by making the work better, we use it where it frees up budget and time for the things that matter — performance, story, the parts that need human craft.
